Default Weird Electrical Problem

Today I was driving on the highway, and my wideband gauge was turning cycling an error code for low voltage input. Well, I kept driving. It finally just stopped working along with my radio, hvac fans, and cigarette lighter. My gauges are hooked up to the clock wiring harness. There are no blown fuses and all the connections are secure. I also checked any in-line fuses as well. None of that stuff has power now (clock harness, radio, fans, cig lighter).

Anyone have any ideas? Could it be a relay in teh engine compartment or something?

Thanks...
