No problem. Post up how it looks without screwing it up twice before getting it right

I will, but the car is going into the body shop today. Might not get all this stuff installed for a week or two. I'll post it up as soon as I do though.

How do you like that head unit? I just got it and it's never been in the car before.

Cnet...is the ability of having multiple devices that all inter connect with each other; almost like adding external hardware to a computer. Your head unit see's your devices and then you have the ability to use them. The Clairon sirius unit connects through Cnet and from the Sirius unit you can plug (Cnet plug) in a cd changer or a tv tuner, Ipod adapter, etc....

I have to admit I was very skeptical of the results, but that looks pretty damn good!

I'm using the Plasti-dip black on my silver interior trim and its drying right now. So far it looks and feels great and should go well with my STI limited red hazard button.

I finished my whole install. I did all the silver on the center console...minus the HVAC knobs and the hazard button.....looks really sharp. My Clarion head unit no longer looks out of place....tip...I used a hair dryer. I was able to do the whole install in 2 hours that's including taking out the pieces and installing them....and I painted 4 coats on 4 major parts...took about 2 minutes to dry a whole piece to the touch with a hair dryer.

Nice! Post pictures My car's in the body shop, and the junkyard I ordered my hood from screwed me and now I need to find another one, so it'll be a couple weeks before I can re install all my stuff. However, my reinstall will be like a whole new interior going in! lol.

Did you not do the rotating part of the knobs? Thats one of my favorite parts! It's so sick rubberized. And yea, the stuff dries to the touch in like 5 min max without the hair dryer, I just stuck to the guidelines on the can. It says to let it cure 4 hours before scratching or anything though.

Edit: Oh, and before I sent the car off today, I pulled my windshield wiper arms, which were getting faded and kinda rusty. Sanded and sprayed them too, I'll post pics later.

Check back tomorrow....I'm going to wait till it's day time to take the shots....till then. Just curious, how hard was it to take off the the rotating part of the knobs?

It was pretty easy actually. Once you disassemble it all down so you have the circut board with them attatched to it, you just pull them off.

My center section is dried and installed:

I still have my plasti-dipped ATI gauge pod to install but everything came out great.

Just an added note....from what I can tell, this stuff is not coming off unless there is constant friction.... or something really sharp really scratches it...it's a lot more durable than paint.
