Default Removing Tail Light Assembly 03 TS

I searched but couldn't fint any specific issues dealing with this.

Car is an '03 TS. Need to replace brake lamp on passenger side.

Problem is when I tried to remove the tail light assembly, I removed the 2 bolts as directed and attempted to pull the assembly straight out like the manual says, I couldn't get the assembly to come out. It feels like they are attached somewhere else, but I couldnt see anything.

I just need to replace a brake lamp. I tried removing the other assembly just to see if it was that one side acting up, but both are the same.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Remove the bolts and pull the assy straight back. It's held in place by a plastic snap so just pull, it'll come out.
