From what I understand it's a bunch of relocating or just deleting items in general.

No Bill! Don't directly post them in this thread, I need to make them black/white first!

But man you spoke the truth. I used to do this **** for a living, I can't count how many Evo's and Hondas I have done out of the box **** with, Honda guys just aren't scared, try anything once.

Suby guys 99% of the time pile on the excuses and do nothing but brag about "you'd have to drive one to understand" lol. I do drive one and I still don't understand. Seems guys are just scared to go their own way because then the pack may not accept them anymore.
I'm not your typical subaru owner, that's for sure. I don't go around mud bogging and waving at other subaru owners. haha I hang with the honda kids so that's where I get my style and ideas. Go look at my car and tell me if you agree. BTW, I can name every single part on your car so that should tell you that I am not an ignorant subie owner who would just normally say hondas suck. haha

I think it's a tad more involved than that. Bill quote me if I am wrong, but didn't your father say the bay took somewhere in the 40+ hr range just on metal and body work?

I've seen your car before man, it's hot, definitely not the normal run of the mill sube.

And you can't name what's on the inside

I miss that car, and my s2k. Trying to put my subaru together with the same style but it's a bit different in what works and what doesn't plus the transmission made of glass doesn't help matters. With a honda B or K series, you could bolt a fuel system on a stock motor with a 35r/40r and make 400whp/500whp respectively on an otherwise stock motor and have it live with a good tune.

Seems like everything blows up a suby

As promised....pictures of D Money's engine bay. All spot welds and small holes were filled with the highest quality plastic filler, while all larger holes were welded closed with thin steel plates. The white you see on the back of the holes is a sealer. Any questions let me know.

The fenders wells and sides look great, but how come you didn't do the firewall? I had 10 plates on the firewall alone, tons of work... I didn't want to see anything coming through the firewall, so the huge harness holes had to go.

Everything that was determined to be unnecessary on the firewall was shaved or filled. All of the holes left in the firewall are needed

D that bay is hot as hell, you may take the cake on scooby bays for a long time when that one is done.

The IS bay is plain stoopid. I didnt' keep mine long enough to even think of doing that lol.

Friend of mine Rich Homer has a 1200ish whp Supra that is shaved and tucked, looks gorgeous and still runs 9.0's at 165 lol. Should be well into the 8's at TX2k9 this year. I will see if I can scrounge up some pictures of it.

Oh well, cats out of the bag now. **** it, enjoy.

The color is just ****ing wild. It's light blue, to dark blue, to purple. etc.

It's called ultrasonic blue mica with dark aluminum and purple flake. First and only fully tucked/shaved wrx in the country! Let me know what you think!

To be honest, the color is hard to capture. I didn't take the pics, but Bill did and it looks like it was in the shade. In the body shop under the light it looks alot darker and more purply. I'm curious to see how she looks in direct sunlight.

I can't even explain the color, it's too hard. I'm in love with it. It flops like crazy not even in the sun, not to mention in a confined area like the engine bay. On the whole side of the car or bends in the body, it should be nuts. Thank istosti because he picked it the day before it got sprayed. My original choice was cool vanilla creme with white diamond tri-coat pearl on top. lol

Haha, you know I raped his photobucket as soon as the b/w ones were posted... Anyway, you're the first D, even if I started doing it to mine first, you got it done before me... We have some similar but different versions and I know once finished both will look sick. The color is ridic, I can't wait to see it in person.
