Default WTS/T 97 Legacy 3.9 5mt transmission

ok I bought a completely rebuilt legacy tranny thinking I could use it in my 98 2.5rs.... turns out this is a 3.9 , and my rs is 4.11 !

I would love to trade it for any 4.11 tranny I can use... Legacy GT tranny, RS tranny whatever...

I would also trade this for a set of RA gears or something stronger than stock.

or I could just outright sell it. Make me an offer.

its a 3.9 5 MT , completely rebuilt, new syncros, new seals. has 69k miles on it.

I'm gona be @ firefighter training down in jersey, but I'll be back weekends every once in a while. let me know !

Well I can't right now, but if it's still around in a month or so I may want it because my tranny on my 95 wagon is about to crap out in another 5k miles or so....I will let you know though - how much did you pay for it???

I payed 500 even. I would really just like to get that back. Its basicly a brand new tranny. It came fully wrapped just like they do from the factory.. shifter area capped and everything. I couldnt find a spot of rust on the entire thing.....I'm still pissed its the wrong final drive But I really just need to get rid of it so I can afford some new gears for my rs tranny. (going to attempt the self-rebuild)

Well If I need it and you still have it, I will pm you and you can drop it off or we can meet up on your way to jersey sometime. I will let you know but if you find a buyer in the meantime, don't sweat it - Dan

I'm pretty sure I will still have it. Its Back at home sitting in my garage. Just shoot me a line or whatever and the next weekend I go home, I can bring it back with me
