Default JDM V8 STI Seats with drivers side HKS LOWERED bracket/rails

SOLD

Hello

I have a pair of JDM V8 seats in EXCELLENT condition with NO tears/stains/holes/etc. This looks new.

On the driver side (JDM pass), it comes with HKS lowered bracket/rails which means you'll sit much lower. Without these, especially in GCs, your head will almost touch the roof. With these, you'll have much more head room. I have planty of room from my head to the roof and I'm 5'6".

Price: I'm looking for 02-03 WRX seats + $600 FIRM OR $750 NO trade.

Location: Orance County (Westminster/Fountain Valley/Laguna/costa mesa), CA

Would you be willing to swap brackets on the passenger side for the older JDM GC wrx seats. I'm looking for that to raise the passenger seat as it sits too low for the sub enclosure I have.

eldanno, price too high? turn around and walk the other way. I'm not looking for quick sale. The brackets alone cost 170 if you can fine it since its discontinued.

MPREZYA, can't part anything out right now...sorry

Tu1208, the driver sits lower now, but if you want to raise it, use your brackets/rails. Currently its not adjustable, but the passenger side is. There's a how-to on here for you to make the driver side adjustable if you wish. Considering how many offers I have for parting out the bracket/rail, my price is not steep, and I am not looking to part-out right now. BTW, you still got any of those V6 JDM grille??

It wouldn't be parting it since you'd actually have matching heights for brackets wether they are going in a gc (not high) or a GD/GG (lowers both seats when used with your driver side bracket).

Just let me know.

What version bracket do you have and is there really any difference to v8? If there is a difference, I'll do it.

Pretty low. My friend complain about his head almost touching the roof when sitting in the passenger seat, but when he drove my car, he had planty of head clearence. When you look at it, you probably won't notice it until you actually sit in the car.

The difference is the rails on my current V4 seats would lower your passenger side seat and match your lowered HKS rail. I am keeping the driver due to the fact I like the lower seating position but in my car the GC rail sits way to low on the passenger side. Couple that with the sub enclosure I have that fits under the stock passenger height seat I need to find a v7/8 JDM seat rail which apparently will swap between the older chassis seats perfectly fine.

This would solve your passengers hitting thier head in your GC or any GC.
