I cheat:

There is a small (but insane) group of current gen Outback owners that actually go in the dirt (and sand, and mud) despite the fact that they drive grocery hunting station wagons.

Madness... but fun...

Any lifted 3rd gen owners on here?

I have King springs on mine and the car has a bit of a rake, in terms of stance. I was thinking about adding 3/8" Subtle spacers to the front to help even it out a bit. I was wondering if that combo could lead to CV issues.

^Lifted 3G WRX here. Riding on King springs, Feal revalved front struts, Feal's rear struts and 1" Subtle Solutions spacers. Some pics a page or 3 back. Here's one though, to give you an idea what I'm running.

Edit: from my understanding, you don't want to go more than 2" of lift to avoid CV issues.

Hover over the pic you want to post, then copy the IMG tag section. Then paste the IMG tag selection in a thread:

So you would post:
HTML Code:
[IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v639/fredsmithh/Wierd%20stuff/howto.jpg[/IMG]
for this:

I usually have only JUST found all the dirt that's gotten everywhere a few days before the next Rallyx event, only for it to happen all over again.

Is anyone else interested in what size tires they can fit on the new Crosstrek model coming out?

i guess they're on top of the bumper guard then? i thought for a sec that they were just sticking out of your bumper-- which def would not work for parallel city parking. people just bash bumpers..
i really dont care for your bumper but am jealous about the rest
