Finally! Been setup for a few months now, no problems, slight rub fully turned to one side. 2002 wrx with 04 fxt struts, complete takeoffs in front, 01 forester rear springs, 02 wrx rear top hats, no sways installed at the moment (hotchkis set under the deck, we'll see if they fit), 225/55/17 M&S tires on rota subzeros. I love it, at first it felt so weird getting into my car that high up. But I can drive up and over that curb now. Thanks to everyone that helped me get this setup frankensteined together. some exterior work is on the way + possibly a RI light bar and a custom tranny pan skidplate.

Thanks schrott, I'm running the BPM GT series singletip, catless. It tucks up in the body quite well. Much better than the turboXS i used to have. I dented the dp and got a long scratch on the resinator though

pleue: your car looks kick ass, but I'll have to say its too clean. Get it dirty, now!

GC8, (as drove out of the shop on a milk crate) on street coilovers, it will be higher on rally suspension (and the cage will not be primer-white!) '05 wrx wheels for street bombing, will run Team Dynamics 15" for gravel events, along with a more gravel-friendly suspension. Debate now is seats with wings, or no wings + nets

you folks running forester (GD style 04 FXT) struts and springs, what did you do about the rears? when i did it i ended up using wrx (GD) springs with gc top hats and mounts. seems to work but the back is slightly lower than the front.

it's freakin awesome! i have more ground clearance than my dad's toyota 4runner.

You can just slot two of the three rear holes to run the newer (02-07 impreza, 01-08 forester) rear tophats.

I love everything about this car.

theres a 96obs for sale by my area for super cheap I'm thinking about picking up and I'd turn it in to what your car is if I do. but that would mean I'd have 3 subarus which is 1 to many!

Subaru should pay you dudes some money, because this thread just erased any doubt - I'm getting an OBS when it's time to replace my car.

Default 1995 Legacy Project

Hey guys it is not that awesome but right now for the winter I have some 04 FXT struts and springs and some ASA 17" JH3's... I started out bad and so far so good I sad a set of mud flaps and I am ready to go! I bought it for 500 and but o money into it and now it is running pretty smooth. The FXT struts are raising the front end of the car and it rides about a 1/4 of inch higher in the front. also I have been looking for outback sways to tighten the suspension a little more, but I am pretty sure I have the highest 95 Legacy in SL<UT today just need to snow to stop so I can take her off road
Future plans----> WRX swap
