Default Gauge Cluster Swap, STi in a 2002, Fuse problem

I am trying to swap a STi cluster into a 2002 wrx, but I keep blowing the fuse for the radio. I've heard that its because of the DCCD sensor. That light is on, and so is the Rear Diff Temp light. But all I want is to the fix the fuse problem. I know their is a thread around here, but I'm having trouble finding it. I've you have to cut the B28 wire. Does that cause anymore problems? Thanks for the help!!

I was digging to find info on an 04STi cluster in an 05wrx, and came across something talking about this. I'll see if I can find it again.
