hop onto a bunny hill, get the board facing the way you "cant" board, just try to slowly slide down sideways and lean in the direction you want to go to try and get a feel for it

sorry but that's real bad advice never lean.... you almost always want even pressure on both feet, just pretend you have a McDonalds tray in your hands and where ever the tray is pointed is the direction you will go. Or just use your front leading hand to point where you want to go and your body will follow.

I used to work at Seymour a a Snowboard instructor and a Coach for about 4 years there... So I could teach you but that was 10 years ago... wow time flies...

correct on both counts.
Biking is warm, and the whistler hunnies are all in bikini tops. Nothing short of 12+" of new can beat that.

Btw Kevin, a-line is calling your name. It's saying, "kevin, come ride me hard"

If you would have had an option for big mountain skiing it would have one hands down, because...

skiing > all

skiing FTW!!!

autoX is fun... so is skiing... i'd be torn between the two... skiing would probably win though...

many hours on the run > 5 mins on the autoX track

With the weather looking up it's almost time for fair weather riders like me to bring the bike out of storage
I notice Whistler upped the bike park passes/tickets again for 2007

After seeing the vid, I was going to comment on your technique. Most people counter rotate out of the wazzu and just buy watching you, I can tell that you actually know what you are doing.

Both vids are cool..... I hurt myself more snowboarding though.

Thanks... I did take my level one up at Whistler back then and did my level one freestyle coaching at Seymour. I seem to get more injured mountian biking or playing hockey...

We should get together, go up to Seymore, and do a shuttle to get warmed up before Whistler opens up???

I'd happily pay a little extra $$$ for a pass if it keeps the lift lines down. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work that way.

there is nothing to fear, except fear itself...... and clowns.

I've never ridden Seymour, instead usually opting for the eastern trails like the Woodlot, and Vedder. Doesn't mean I'm not interested though. I'd love to hit the Shore with people who know it well.

I have the edge card so it gives you a discount of $6-10 per day.

I haven't ridden Woodlot, and Vedder I have except for it was years ago on a dirt bike. Can you shuttle on those or do you have to push/ride your bike uphill?

I'll show you mine, if you show me yours.... trails that is, get your head out the gutter again.
