Im hoping that you will all say "Yes" and illl feel better - at least till i go out and find that my window still wont go up
in attempting to fix my speaker again, i ended up popping the white plug out of the passengers side door arm rest, and lost the 2 balls that go in the switch. I found them and in trying to get them in, with the proper orientation to the levers, ended up heating up the motor something fierce. Now it makes little if any noise, but doesnt move the window ... its all the way down, the last thing I wanted it to do, but I had to test it :P Least im at home, and not in boston on vacation like I would be in 2 days! :/ So, can you over heat it, and it will stop working for a while, or am i def going to need a new window motor. PS _ any way to raise it by hand? I tried pulling it but nothing :P (hoping for a hex nut or something to drive it with by wrench?
