Default Mod info

thank you for coming on sat it is very happy to meet you guys

Here is some mod info for all i-club member/ If you are thinking to change down pipe on your wrx it is the best to change 2.5 inch for the street and 2.75 inch for race // Because in japan the SARD race car is only useing 2.75 inch down pipe, and the SARD guy tell me that it is what they test to be the best! He said 3 inch down pipe is to big for our car and it well lose to much torq, well we do have supersprint down pipe instork and is ture they 2.5inch. I put it on on out car alrady and we run it at 1.1 bar and the EXH TEMP drop from 850c before to 600c and we gain about 20 hp from the reading on the BLIZE id power meter, we very happy with the reading (the down pipe is $550 and power id is $450)
Another thing for the people want to put boost control or alrady have one on they car I reconmand you to put fule presure ragulator so your car well get engh fule on high rpm that is when you run 1 bar/ 14 psi all the time and it well also drop you exh temp if you want to run 1.1 bar to 1.2 bar fule pump is reconmand!!

Wow.... sounds like your shop has a couple real nice cars... I was wondering if they would go to autoX in the next session? Since I am just new to autoX, I just thought it would be nice to see more "super tuned" cars out at the race... and hopefully.... more fast times too?

BTW, how's the 250hps WRX coming along? Is it running yet? Too bad I don't have 10k in my pocket, otherwise I would've got your shop to get a WRX engine swap for me too...

Yuhin, Eric's wagon has the SARD BOV.

Sandy: the 250WRX is still not drivable becuase there are still a couple lines missing.

Bavaria will try to go full out racing next season with only Subarus. They will rent out Mission and have some fun.... Hope you all can join...

Yeah, Eric did tell us about how they want to set up a Mission track day for Subarus... not much people heard his speech because only the people that were there like before 3:00PM heard it... Anyways, he said hopefully he can have us there at about March or April... Sounds very good to me...

Avenger: thanks for quoting me :monkey:

so... do you know if they (Bavaria) will go autoX? I would love to see how the WRX will run. I have seriously considered about getting the engine swap, but I wasn't too sure if the engine will be "too powerful" to match with all the other GC8 parts. I mean... if I only get the WRX or maybe even the EJ20 (as the whole drivetrain), the car sure will be real fast, but... how will that change the car's handling--better or worst? Also, will the stock GC8 brake good enough for safe normal street drive? I am sorry if my questions are too stupid, but I always like to learn more

Sandy: Your stock RS brakes WON'T be enough after u got the 250hp+ engine swap. It's always better to have better brakes. OE/ Project U/ Endless/ Brembo's 4pot gonna be swap in too. Though I heard the OEM's 4pot setup is pretty weak but I am sure it's pretty enough for daily driving and some track days event.

Exactly, there are lots of stuff that u gotta think about. Brakes, maybe not just the calipers and disc, also the master cylinder and brake booster on most of the cars. How about getting a new clutch for the tranny, drive shafts, shift linkage, ECU, wiring harness blah blah blah
stuff like that......

Well, actually I have got a PM from Eric, and he said I don't really have to worry, cuz they (Bavari) can always get the parts upgraded, but I was just wondering how much it is going to cost to do the whole upgrade to make a 250hps WRX that will handles just as well as how my RS is.....
