Default Cobb AP V1 Stock map same as Brand new car Map??

Hello I was wondering when you flash a car....

Cobb AP V1 to flash to Stage 1. Erases the map that came with your car.

And when you go back to the stock.......it puts a map that Cobb got from another car.....

Will you lose power? Since 06 wrx's are so random....power-wise?

Is the stock map and Cobb stock map the same?

If not then why do they same every car is different? Thanks.

Maybe it's in my head but....after a Cobb V1 uninstall......the car does not pull like it used to. It feels like it's missing power? Thanks.

there are multiple revisions of each year, cobb most likely only has the latest up to date at the time the AP is made, so if subaru came out with a new revision after the AP originally was out...

^^When there's snow on the ground and your emission has expired so you can't install your catless DP yet.

Stage 1 does make a real difference in the 06 with the jerkiness at low speeds during lift off.
