Default Headlights: Right - Working, Left - Not working

I noticed that my left headlight & foglight aren't working, but the left hi-beam fine. I checked all of the fuses (under the hood & next to the stearing wheel) with a fuse checker and they all good. I have different bulbs, PIAA Super Plasma, but their the SAME wattage as the stock bulbs. Any help would be great

Greg

Check the bulbs. Low beam is probably burned out, same with the fog. I've gone through like 8 headlights on one side, 1 on the other. Fogs I keep going through the driver's side too. But I run 80/100 and 100w bulbs.
