04 STI- Tach and Speedo not reading correct please help

Hows it going... hopeing someone can poiint me in the right direction here!

1. Removed Utec from car... Had battery unplugged
2. After starting car back up everything is smooth and perfect except one detial... my tach reads about 5k at start and past redline when i drive... Speedo reads over 160 at any time my foot is on the gas...

Is there something i can do to fix this... maybe i put a plug wrong into the stock ecu... please help/...

neone... help? maybe just a pic or diagram of how the wires g into the stock ecu to make sure its correct?
