how do you cartoon things on photoshop? is it just like a one step thing?

No master, I can do a lot of intermediate stuff. I have made cars look like characters from "Cars" before the movie came out (viewing previews), do a lot of lighting effects, bodykits & wheels, human alterations, ect.

I bought the car used and the springs look stock (black with paint dots), but I have been told that it is lower than stock height, so who knows. I'm going to get Crucial Springs for the car though.
