Gauging Interest: 2000 2.5RS with '04 STi Swap

Just gauging interest, probably can't get what I think I would need out of it to sell it, but wanted to test the waters.

2000 2.5RS (originally silver)

Positives -

2004 USDM STi swap:
Motor
Transmission
Diffs
Brakes

Painted Steel Blue Mica
Prodrive P1 Lip (Authentic)
STi Version VI Front Seats
COBB Stage 2 Power Package (Turboback w/Cat, AccessPORT)
COBB Short Throw 6 speed shifter/bushings and COBB brake pads
Shaved Side Moldings and various JDM body parts

Car runs awesome, has had zero mechanical issues since swap. Car is registered and street legal (downpipe may effect your local inspection, it has a high flow cat, but is not OEM)

Quirks and Possible Negatives -

No A/C
Temp Gauge doesn't register anything
Gas Gauge is inconsistent, I use the odometer to know when to fill up, it sounds like a pain, but I got used to it and it's not that big of a deal.

Original Miles on Chassis - 106,000
Miles on Swap - 46,000
Car is pictured with STi/Rays S202 wheels, I would keep them and the car would come with gold '04 STi OEM wheels. The wheels would be for sale seperately if car sells.

I don't think I could part with it for less than 20K, and I'm not interested in hearing that I'm crazy for wanting that for it

Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words. I don't want to sell it, I just wanted to see if it would even be worth thinking about. I doubt it will be, and I love the car. Buying a house makes you think about doing crazy things like this
