Default WHICH shifter grease?

Everyone and their brother says to use grease on your shifter, or when installing a short throw. Cobb shifters recommend moly grease to go in the pivot cup, on the end bushings and sleeve. I want to the EXACT kind of shifter grease that is to be used with metal/nylon/rubber combination. I supposed white lithium would work, but no moly. the only thing that part stores carry that has a small percent of moly is the black EP grease, this is a big NO NO. Energy suspension makes a white bushing lubricant that comes in a small tube, but theie recipe is hush-hush so no telling what is in there. Anyone know??

just about anything will work fine. just make sure you use a good amount or you will get a stiff shift

The sulfur found in most EP greases (common at your local parts store) will eat away the nylon. molybdenum disulfide will greatly delay this process.
