This has been mentioned before in the "Old School" forum, but I thought I'd share it with everyone in this forum.

Put in your VIN to set up an account at http://my.subaru.com

You can opt to have it automatically e-mail you service reminders, but what I find most useful is that the service and maintenance schedule is posted right there for you. Also, the entire Owner's Manual is provided in PDF format.

Just thought it was neat...

That is pretty cool, i found that soon after buying my RS. I had some problems with it, such as it claiming i was due for my 45000 mile service when i hit 15000 miles. Neat.

Also, it's a little pre-emptive with the service notifications. It now tells me i'm ready for my 30000 mile service, but it estimates my mileage is 26,500 (which is about right). Oh well, just being proactive i guess.

Oh, and service i have done at the dealer shows up for me, such as the O2 sensor recall, and my first oil change. You might check with your dealer, maybe they're not recording it correctly?
