Default WTB: Bypass/Diverter valve

must be able to hold up to 22psi.
Don't mind if it's a hybrid BOV/BPV

just get a stock bpv and use a dremel and crush it. Thats what i did and i ran 21psi on it. The thing held perfect.

I've got a crushed BPV right now... and I think it's the cause of my problems...
It feels like it's not releasing boost... between shifts under hard acceleration, it's revving before it falls even though I've got my foot off the gas

ALL subarus get rpm-hang like that. it's caused by a rather heavy flywheel that carries quite a bit of momentum with it.

a crushed BPV or a modded BPV? there's a difference. (imho, and my experience, modded BPV holds a bit tighter that a crushed BPV).

mine hasn't leaked up to 26psi so far lol. if you wanna mod yours, lemme know. (although i'd suggest finding an untouched stock BPV and modding that instead)... buy a 1/4-20 set screw and bring your car to my house. it takes 5 minutes to do.

I have a stock one I will be tossing out soon. So, if you want it, let me know. It doesn't have the recirc elbow.

I have a JUN Stage 2 flywheel (the lightest you can put on a WRX) Good to know it happens to others though...
