Default FS: Leather Kit for 2001 Legacy Sedan

I have a leather kit for the 2000-2001 Legacy SEDAN made by Katzkin and sold at leatherseats.com. It is the complete kit leather kit in dark charcol (almost black) and includes the door insets.

I bought it from FLaBrit a while back (2003!!!) posted in this thread:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...hlight=leather

The kit arrived fine, but I never got around to installing it. I just got rid of my 01 legacy and forgot about the kit, s.o.b.

Hoping to let it go to someone in the local area. I'm in Southern Maine, South Berwick, I don't want to ship the dang thing.

I paid $200, will sell for $100 or best offer. I'm sure someone wants this kit and I'd like to see it go to a good home!

Dodik,

If you check the date of the post I linked to, you see how long it's been since I've been into the leather kit. I'll check for you when I get home, but it's my understanding that it includes seats, headrests, door inserts, and passthrough for the rear seat. Basically everything.

It does NOT include instructions or the video, so you would need to pay someone to install it for you, figure it out yourself, or pay the $100 or so for the instructional video & tools (from the mfg).

I will confirm what's in the kit late tonight.

Thanks,
Chris

I'd rather not ship b/c I'm lazy but I'd consider it.

These are not covers...they are direct replacements.

They require that you strip the cloth(or leather) that are on the seats off so that you are left with frame/padding only.

It should be professionally installed...mine ran about 200 bucks.

^^^ I thought the same thing and attempted. Ended up taking it to a professional.

Need special glue and special tools/hardware(some weird name for a staple like thing and the tool to remove and apply them).

I dont think the rear portion of the sedan kit would work well with a wagon either....
