I made seafood alfredo....

1. Boil Linguine + drain = set aside pasta
2. Open up a can of canned clams and canned salmon (you can use fresh salmon and clams too but this way, it takes a total of 30 minutes to make your meal. )
3. Pour the liquid from canned clams into the saucepan, bring to boil, add alfredo sauce (or if you like to make it yourself, permasean cheese + 1/2 part cream + 1/2 part milk, SLOWLY stir in the ingredients, you'll need a lot of fresh permansean)
4. Add spices (optional, black pepper recommended, oregano, rosemary and basil and parsley)
5. Add in salmon, then add in clams (make sure not to cook the clams too long, they're already cooked and if they overcook, they will turn to rubber erasers)
6. Pour sauce on pasta
7. Serve with White wine
8. ....
9. Impress your girl and later..... Awesome cook sex

If you're ever in Manhattan, check out the street meat stand at 53rd st. and 6th ave. We got hooked on it there. $5 for a platter of lamb/chicken, rice, lettuce and pita with some awesome white sauce and hot sauce.

There's a 20 minute line up at any time between 9pm and 6am though. Just thought I'd share since I have the craving.

Did it feel like seeing a $100 bill lying on the street randomly and wanting to pick it up?
