Default Anyone put WRX seats in their legacy?

I have a 95 legacy wagon. I bought 03 front WRX seats and they bolted right in with no modification. I just bought the rears and it looks like they are going to require some modification. Has anyone done this before? Anyone know of any good custom fab shops in western Washington? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

i seem to remember that the rears wont fit, something about the legacy rear seat being a little wider than the wrx seats. thats why for hte last two years i've only had front wrx seats. your best bet is to get the fronts re-covered to match your stock interier.

It's been done on a BD. IIRC someone just drilled the holes on the seatback to have it fit; the seat cushion slots in no problem, but it is a couple of inches less in width.

It's either here or on SL-i that someone posted pics.

RioSubaGT I think is the one that did STi rears...White BD, GT-T, body kit...

Searching will provide countless threads on this topic.

I have Impreza (STi) front & rear seats in my BD... Although they're from the GC body style and it's sedan, but they fit mod free in my case if that helps...

I remember searching this subject back a few months ago and I could never find a solid answer to whether or not the WAGON seats fit...

This has been done, but don't you lose the folding feature of the Legacy seats?

Yes. I have STi fronts and rears in my BD... rears are bolt-in but they only have the pass-through. No idea about the fittament in the BG though...

Wouldn't the WRX wagon rears have the fold down feature?

They should. 60/40 I'd imagine.

The wagon rears don't bolt in the same way that the fronts do, or even the same way that the sedan rears do. The structure and design is different. Pretty certain there is a thread with pics somewhere illustrating the differences.
