Talking I had my first WRX test drive...

WOW!
I took the test drive 5 minutes after test-driving a 93 RX-7TT...the similarities were very few and far between! I got to go on a 45-minute, 25 mile test drive with the WRX sales manager. He took me on some back roads (paved) in Vancouver. He drove out, and I got to drive back. He was throwing that car into 90-degree turns marked [20mph] at 60mph! That thing hunkered down into the corner, drifted a bit and he accelerated out of the corner like a ****ing rocket ship! I drove it back, and after about 5 miles of stop-and-go to adjust to the clutch, I was off! OH MY GOD! That little WRX out accelerated the RX-7 by a LONG SHOT. I was so impressed. The torque felt better, and when the turbo was at max power (5000), it was pulling like a damn Corvette. I even had the chance on the test drive to red-light-race a 300ZX TT. Smoked him...by a car length to the next light at 75mph. That WRX is really quick. I had to run home and change my shorts.
Now I guess I just need to trade the Civic Si in on one. But, I can't afford the $30,000 price tag that Dick Hannah was asking. Oh well.

30 G's! No no no, come up here to Seattle, go to Carter Subaru, talk to Joe Spitz, and he'll get you one for MSRP, or at least darn close.

Since you're in Hillsboro, head over to Carr Subaru. That's where I got my rex - $26,000 with the auto and spoiler. Nice salespeople, too.

Dich Hannah a rip off. I saw the WRX there also for 30G's. When I bought my RS, hannah tried to sell me a 99 with 10,000 miles for the same price as a my00. Then those pricks wanted me to put down $6000. I laughed rightin there face. They then started to sell and tell me some BS. I then went to Thomason and got my RS for 1000 over invoce. Good deal for being upside down 3G on my trade. Stay away from HANNAH!

Not as well as $800 UNDER invoice, but it sounds good. Details?
