Default Thinking about trading in my 2004 wrx for a 2006 wrx

I am starting to like the front end much better. I would trade in my 04 and I would want to make payments on the 06. How much would they be? is it worth it? I really like the better brakes, bigger motor and the better front end.

Easiest thing is go to carmax's website. they have a payment estimator. Put in your down payment (use your car's BB value based on trade/private party sale minus payoff on current loan). Pick your term and boom, you should be close.

I got my 06 WRX Wagon for 23,500 new. I love it and would never get a 2.0 now after comparing the two.

Fellow WRB. Do not do it! The 3 peice front end is the start of the down ward spiral of the WRX body style . Sure the 2.5, the brakes and the user friendly interior is a upgrade.
Can you look are your self and really say its worth it?

Kidding-I want one too, but I can't justify the switch.

You need to figure out how much your car is worth, how much you owe on the old car, how much the car you are buying is, interest rate of loan, term of loan, down payment,- before you can calculate a payment.

I just picked up an 06 limited wagon for $23,500. I actually like the 06 front end more than the 04-05's. I'd take my old '02 bugeye over both though...

+1 for the 06+. After comparing my wagon to my bosses 04 wagon, I can tell you it is a very decent upgrade. Getting used to the looks may be hard, but after a drive or two, you'll be hooked.

Definately drive one first is my advice.

However, having something you own it nice too. No payments due goes a long way towards upgrades! If this can be had with keeping the 04 consider it!

I would say get it man, but the payments... Yikes... I'm sure you're upside down right...?

Just try to pay this bad boy off and mod your '04...

Unless you can really afford it.

But I would pay this thing off, mod your car, save up a little and in a few years get into something even better.
