Default How long does shipping usually take?

Approx. 2 months ago, I PM'd Ryan for the second time, that I hadn't yet received my CD from years back. I got nothin, for the second time. Now I have moved, and it's been about 8 weeks since he told me it would be shipped out. Dare I ask for it again at my new address, or is it a lost cause? Not to mention that the tone of Ryan's PM towards me was less than customer service worthy. What's going on?

send your complete:

Name (first and last)
New address including street, state and zip
phone number (area code first)
email address

to

info@mediaspigot.com

We cannot process your order without all this information. COMPLETE.

I cannot believe how many people try to order things from us who don't give us this most basic of information. My guess is that if you have not gotten your CD, we don't have your info.
