muffler shop?

does anyone here know of any reputable shops(vancouver, richmond) that'll cut, extend, rotate, and weld a midpipe??

I've seen plenty of oil changers + glass shops around town but don't notice any muffler shops (mayhaps I'm blind)...

I just need to find a shop that'll extend my midpipe 2.15 inches, and rotate the flange...and hopefully it'll be a cheap job!

or maybe SOMEONE could do it for me...zefy? loomin? anybody else?? in exchange for pizza..beer..whatevs

don't go to Midas . . . . expensive.
