What is your Boost? A/F? Timing? Did the tuner say he was fighting a problem and therefore not able to achieve better numbers?

the only thing he said happened was that my OEM BPV wouldnt hold the 21 psi he was trying to tune for so he left it alone at 18psi from my previous tune. so boost was at 18 psi. i dont know how to read the A/F chart to tell u what it was. idk what timing was

It wouldn't hold 21psi so he just went right back down to 18psi? Who was the tuner/tuning shop?

I imagine if your boost was up a little bit your #s would be a lot better. Your A/F looks good and very smooth power.

i dont think 3 psi more will give me the other 40 to 50 hp. this was only tuned on a road tune not a dyno yet. do you think a dyno tune then road tune plus the other 3 psi will give me additional horsepower other people with similar mods have?

looks like the torque comes on real linear, must be smooth but could use some more oomph down low

Well now that we know some info, you might be making "more" power when you get on a dyno. I know Ed (Vaus) tunes cars using road dyno software and it reads pretty low. Could be the road tuning software your tuner used. As mentioned, your AFRs look good. If you planned on crushing the stock BPV why not just take it off and do it in a vice at the shop and go back out?

looks like your torque curve is funny. Most protuned stage 2/TMIC STIs will hit peak boost and torque around 3500! Yours is after 4,000 and a gentle ramp-up. Looks very conservative and smooth.

AFR may look smooth, but it also looks to be leaner than what most people tune for. Eyeballing it... it looks to be at ~12:1 on the graph.

That is correct but we do not know if that is in the tailpipe (somehow) or not. If it was tailpipe it would be richer than it shows, but now that you mention it, I originally thought it to be around 11.5:1 but I see it a little better now that I'm more awake.
