Default EJ257 with JDM EJ20D heads

I'm building a new engine for my daily driver:

EJ257 block/crank
STI rods
46cc JDM EJ20D heads (ported) with cams
11044AA610 gaskets (1.37 mm)
10.5 compression ratio
JDM EJ20D/EJ25D intake manifold

I need to have pistons custom made (31.3 mm compression height, 10cc dish) what's a good address? I will supply design/shape of the piston/valve pockets myself.

I deal with Ross engineers on a weekly basis for custom stuff, aside from a couple hiccups they took care of in a timely manner I would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom piece. +1 for Ross.
