Default Positive paint experience(Hodges Subaru, Mi.)

I have a white wrx that I have owned for two mo. Ever since I took delivery there have been specs of rust on every upward facing body panel that was not schouded during trasit. During my first oil change apt. I metioned this to the dealership and they informed me that it was "rail-dust", and they would need to send it to their body shop to be buffed and I would be without the car for a few days. I was suprised at how willing they were to correct the problem but was hesitent to leave the car for days and have to get a rental. So, after giving it some thought I took it to a reputable detail shop near where I work and had them do an estimate. They told me that they would need the car for the day but I would not have to leave it overnight. I called the dealership and informed them of my prefernce and they were more then happy to fully reimburse me. Needless to say I am very impressed by this level of service and I will not soon forget it.

Thought I would post something nice about a dealership.......we don't hear enough of the good things.
