Default Pictures of Hid's installed in '02 WRX :)

Scoobed and I were bored the other night, so we swapped the HID's from his '99 RS into my '02 WRX Wagon. Because we didn't want to completely "install them", I could not take the car for a spin, but here are some pictures:

Hid Headlights & Stock Fog Lights:

Notice the light on the ceiling (red arrow). I don't think oncoming traffic would like these much. They actually hurt my eyes to look at them when standing in front of the car. Definetly need the Projector type lenses, or some better HID bulb placement and maybe a "hat" to create a more dense light beam. The blubs really didn't fit in the WRX light, (Rs = 9004, WRX = 9007) so I am not sure if the light output would be more focused if the bulbs actually seated corrected to the lense.

Still neat looking though.

Cool Paul, but if I had a Rex I'd have to go for Morettes, or sell my spleen for JDM HIDs I think. Those headlights still weird me out.

What's the story with the doors in the background? Really small corporate apartments?

Ha, very funny.

Storage area for each apartment (in other words, where the tools, camp gear, and summer fun tires reside).

We don't have assigned spots, but I snag this spot next to the wall, and park real close so no one scrathes the car. You can't even walk between the car and the wall. No one else parks there because you really need to back in. The lights above this spot are always on too, unlike the rest which are on a timer or daylight sensor.

Guy in the POS Sundance in the next stall:

"I'm going to ding that Jap POS. GRRR, my door won't reach! Why does he park so far away?!?!?"

She is actually a very nice older lady, and she knows the deal. Scratch = death..

I used to park my RS the same way. It was not as wide though, so there was more room. The Sundace lady is pretty nice though, keeps her car clean and maintained, so I tend to trust her.

So far so good. I think I'll end up backing into the guardrail before she scracthes it. Doh!!
