Default What is this part?

So I am trying to figure out what the "rubber band" spring that holds the inside of the inner tie rod boot on is called and/or part #.
I ordered new tie rods an boots and neither came with the clips and springs to hold the boots on. I had assumed the boots would come in a "kit" but NO ... PITA.

>what kind of car?
Does that really matter? But FYI its a Legacy but part is on Impreza's also.
Also I don't want this thread to get cluttered with guesses. I am trying to find out it's name and part number.

using a 2000 legacy.

31260GA500

Description ''clip boot"

mutually interchangeable with

34128AA150

"gear box repair kit"

so you see providing key information other than ''what is this part'' will yield you correct responses, I had to guess the car so why not guess the name of the part? See what im getting at.
