Question US fog light dimensions needed

I am getting the US bumper fitted soon, and I need the fog light recess dimensions so I can get some Piaa's or Hella's. Can anyone measure it out for me? Or if you've already fitted fogs on your car, can you recommend me some good lights that'll fit near perfect?

So far I've been reading that the Piaa XT-80's are big but work good, and the XT-40's fit inside enough so that I could fit "STi" lamp covers later...

BTW: If going with aftermarket fogs, do I still need the fog light brackets?

Thanks,
Ken

Perhaps you should post this in the General Forum...more US people there. Good luck!

I'm not sure about the bracket but one of our members installed the Hella 500 in his car.

The Hella 500 will fit and look great since I have a pair of them.
