Default Dealer won't fix my P0304 CEL problem, need advice please!

Okay so I am having the P0304 CEL - misfire in chamber #3. The light has come on over 30 times. I am bringing it into the dealer for a 3rd time in 1 week. Each time the dealer has told me that there "was no problem however maybe its the gasoline in minnesota" (BS answer). I want them to reflash my ECU (my WRX was a preordered, 1st batch WRX) and the dealer tells me to eat one.

So this is the third time I'm bringing the car in on the same problem. In Minnesota, the lemon law is on the 4th time for the same problem. However I'm not sure what to do.

Any suggestions? Tape record the conversation on the 3rd visit? What should I do?

Thanks

i'd also bring up the fact that you've brought the car in several times ( bring the documentation / receipts from previous visits ) and tell them that you are nearing the lemon point. might make them look a little harder.
i hope you have good documentation of the problem though because i believe you need that in order to be able to do anything w/ the lemon law. could be wrong though. oh well. good luck

Actually there is a soa campaign for this. If your car does it twice your supposed to send the ecm in for remapping. Trust me on this one I have encountered at least three in the past month.

Well simply put if a car has a repeating code the dealer is supposed to send it in for a remapping of the ecm.
