Default Clutch need bleeding every 3 days

I have 2002 WRX. The clutch works fine after a bleed but after approx three days it becomes difficult to change gears. And ti needs to be rebled.

I had the clutch master and slave cylinder rebuilt and a new clutch hose installed. But it is still doing this.

Where else could be a leaking?

Not too many possibilities here, either the line is leaking or the cylinders were not rebuilt properly.
Best thing to do is forget about the rebuilding and get a brand new master and slave, make sure the threads on the hose aren't damaged and use new seals.

I Would replace the master cylinder with a new one first. It is probably sucking in air around the seals when you let up on the clutch.

The dealer had the cylinders rebuilt. Before I spend any more money on this, is there a way to test the sytem prior to replacing the parts.

Not really, the fact that you are having to bleed it constantly confirms that it is not holding pressure and has a leak somewhere.
If this was done at a dealer recently there will be a warranty on the work, take it back and have them take care of it.
