Default New to Subaru and to the forums

Hello everyone,

I just bought a brand new 07 WRX Black, I got a decent deal on it, 22500 so I had to take it. I would have got a TR but the deal was too good to pass up.

Anyway I am loving it! The most fun to drive car I have owned to date. Previous cars were a 95 geo metro manual, 97 camaro RS manual, and a S-10 Xtreme.

I have about 1k miles on it now and have been pretty easy on it. The only problem I see with this car is the need to upgrade. Damn u WRX!

A Geo...
You sir have my respect. Only one other person I know had one (and admitted it), given to him on his 16th birthday...black with blue graphics on the side and chrome wheel covers...he was joked so bad it was gone the next week. I was rocking the 87 T-Bird, 5.0L...memories, pretty watercolored memories....
Sorry, I digress..

Welcome to the family and the forum.

Yeah the Geo was 55hp 3 cylinder LOL. What a car took a beating when I had it, I had to red line every gear in order to merge on the highway. The geo was bought for me for my 16th birthday as well. It was called the egg by all my friends lol.

Nice ride! There's no other car I'd rather drive! Got my 06 2.5i last year and it's been one heck of a drive since then. Let's just say, I've never liked the road less traveled more than I do now. My last ride was a 2000 GMC Sonoma 4.3L with a Fabtech lift kit. Congrats on your new purchase!

Congrats man, welcome to the family =)
There's no NEED to mod it, lots of people enjoy the stock goodness =) Not me, but hey - I can see how it'd feel good.

Get to know your local chapter, careful with the cops.. Good luck!
