One day I will get those prodrive springs installed, but unfortunately not any time too soon since I'm about to put 13% down on a condo next week, damnit.

yep, and while its small, it works fine for us. I think way too many times, shops get judged because they are BIG and or have alot of equipment in them. That means nothing many times. As someone who spent 16 years as a service manager and writer in dealerships, it means nothing. So our place is clean and I am anal about that, but we also dont take on jobs outside our specialty either. Suspension and brakes and some lite power bolt ons.

Nice place, Myles. You guys are closer than I thought, looks like about 90 minutes from me.

Not bad. Now all I need are brakes to install.

Thanks. My objective was for a client to be able to sit on the floor in the shop on any given day and not get dirty. I just remember being a service writer and always getting dirty whwn I went in the shop. If anyone has ever been to PTG in Winchester or Prodrive...its SUPER CLEAN. That left a lasting impression on me. Granted its a small place but why not have it clean.

That's a really clean shop! When I save some more pennies I will be back for a visit so I can get rid of this stock suspension and all its clunking noise.

My wife would appreciate that. She's repulsed by grimy, nasty shops. I don't find them fantastic, but I guess I always saw it as the results of the job...

But you know, that's not true. I think a little dirt and yutz happens, and occasionally a spill (hey, they're cars), but if you want clean, you can have it. You just have to work for it.

So yeah we'd love to check out your place. Whenever I get myself a set of 4-pot/2-pot Subaru brakes, and RacingBrake rotors to go with them, and if I opt not to do it myself, I'll let you know.

(I'd rather do it myself I guess, but I'd also really like an excuse to hang out at your place. )

Whiteline Front Roll-Center Adjustment Kit

The Front Roll Center Adjustment Kit from Whiteline is designed to raise front roll-centre geometry by using new special ball-joints, while maintaining original bump-steer by using new tie-rod ends. Changing front suspension geometry by raising roll-centre, results in substantial increase to roll resistance and significant reduction of suspension compression of outside front wheel during cornering through improved weight transfer distribution. During cornering, this leads to significantly reduced understeer through reduced front wheel compression, as well as improved steering feel and precision and vehicle stability.

SUPER LOW INTRO PRICE OF $185 SHIPPED!!!!!

Any deals for people with RCE springs sitting under the bed that haven't had time to install?

Meaning can I get a price quote for installing RCE springs, STI takeoff struts and tophats? I already have all the parts

Wow! I never thought my FXT would make it to a thread. And it looks like Aleksey's old FXT in the background getting some work done to it.

Hard to believe it was 1 year ago. I guess I'll have to stop by to say thanks again and to check out the finished garage.

Your rate seems pretty reasonable. If you specialize in suspensions would the possibility of a lift VIA spring spacers be attainable? Also, I already have some parts, is that also ok? Would these questions be more appropriate to ask you guys in person or on the phone? Finally, can I have some cookies, please...

Still wondering roughly how much that would be in labor, along with a few other questions pertaining to camber plates and such.

Much appreciated.

Just to make sure... GTWORX.com and RaceComp Engineering = same shop, right? EDIT: Ok, so I looked around a bit and I'm guessing GTWORX is your online supplier...

GTWorx and RCE=the same company It's sort of complicated but RCE is starting to be geared towards more high end parts, while GTWorx is more of your everyday parts.

Racecomp= race prep, like Rallispec but for tarmac.

GTWorx- enthusiast parts and service

same house, though.
