Skim and Armin thank you for the most constructive criticism i have gotten from this site, instead of discouraging me it inspires me to take better pictures, i appreciate your expertise, is this any better i know there isn't much to look at but am i getting the exposure and color of the car correct.

any better?

^ The composition is good, however I'd move the car slightly higher in the frame... or maybe even crop the sky out to make rule of thirds work better. The car is underexposed by quite a bit, remember to meter for the car when you're taking car photos. Possibly take 2 exposures and then merge them together... but yeah, like you said the location is not the best (the fence/gate) is pretty distracting to me growing out of the hood. Also, I think the overall white balance could be a little warmer, which should help even out the blue of the car. Keep it up man.

^Yep, i agree with Igor.

the one other thing i could see to improve those is to shoot with a higher f stop (lower F number like 2.8 for example) to blur out some of those distractions behind the car.

Yeah, white balance tends to be key for getting WRB to show correctly. It's actually not a very easy to capture, since you can either make it look too blue or too purple. Another suggestion aside from what Igor and Andy said above is that your car doesn't need to be right up against the curb, especially since that second photo shows quite a bit of space in front of the car. That will help you give more separation between the car and the background, and thus help you make the background more blurry.

EDIT: I see you replaced your photo with another one, with an artificial background blur. That's definitely not something you want to do unless you've practiced doing it enough to make it look natural. We can see that your edit is very unnatural and can tell where the editing began.

Thanks guys! I definitely lowered the car a little more, it looked pretty high... so in the end I think it adds to the picture. But yeah, this road isn't all that quiet... so we had to work quick.

Can someone spot something "unusual" on this car? hahaha

I agree. Clone out the text on that sign and it would be a pretty cool shot. I like the desaturated processing and the point of view.
