Default Remote door lock/unlock

I have a unit that remote locks/unlocks my car. Currently it is spliced into the door lock/unlock wires located at the integrated module below the steering column.

Everything works okay, but it acts as if I am hitting lock/unlock on my door, not as if I have hitting lock/unlock on my OEM keychain remote. This means that although the door is unlocked, the factory alarm is still enabled.

My module currently sends a -12V pulse to lock/unlock the doors, but I can customize it to send a double pulse or any other type of pulse.

So my question is - where would I wire it up to mimick hitting lock/unlock on my keyless entry remote? This would disable the alarm and also trigger the lights to go on and off if I am correct.

Thanks.

I know this thread is a year old, but did you get the answer? I just installed a GPS tracking system and it has the ability to activate a relay via SMS (wife locks the keys inside alot). I am trying to find the correct wires to hook a relay to.

there is no way to disarm the OEM security on an impreza except for with the factory remote or turning the ignition on then off something like 3 times.
