Default wrx wagon rear pass window not working

Just got my wagon back from the dealer after having the fake carbon trim put on.
Now the passenger rear window doesn't work...maybe a coincidence, but?
Seemed like the switch was kind of bound up in either the up or down
position. If a window switch was stuck in the up or down position....could
that burn out the motor? I took the carbon plate (which house's the switch)
off. The carbon piece holds the switch and simply pops out of the door.
Doesn't look like you could screw up installing this carbon piece if you
tried....but somehow, like I mentioned the up/down switch was kind of
stuck......feel's fine now that I popped it out and reinstalled, but the
window doesn't work.......back to the dealer I guess, Damn that sucks.

Does the window work from the master driver's control?? And is the switch that turns off the passenger window controls set to ON??

Sorry, probably should have mentioned that. No, the master switch won't operate it either.....and the "lock out" button was the first thing I checked.....that's not it either.

He probably unplugged the wires from the switch on the door and forgot to plug them back in. Easy for you to fix (remove trim and check), or you could bring it back.
