Default 02 WRX Bug Eye with FP Green, etc

This sheet is interesting

This is the car with the stock turbo

Vs.

adding the FP green at 21 psi pump gas tuned

Car has a built bottom end and cams and valve springs hence the nigh rev limit

Basic Stage II - IV mods - TMIC - ecutek reflash - etc

Should be interesting on higher boost - the customer ran out of maf so I am suggesting a UTEC or Hydra

Al

Is it just me, or does the powerband really come on late? Not much spool until 5500-6000. While I appreciate the fact that it is built to run to 8000, I think for the daily driving, that is a bit high to get into the poewr band.

guessing its still a 2.0, big cams and Green would definitely push the power band out.

A green should hit full boost by ATLEAST 4700rpm on a 2.0
I wonder if his scaling on the dyno sheet is wrong.

Yeah, and look at the torque. Looks like he's running really low boost to me.

Yes the car was at low boost as the maf was exceeded at this point

The customer needs to add UTEC and SD or a Hyrdra

A big MAf was not suggested as with his lopy cams I dount the idel and driveability would be tolerable

its his heads that are helping him make power at high rpms, not nesc. the built bottom end.

this car will be really fast at the track I bet

My car has 264 cams, a bigMAF, ECUtek, and a poor idle. It stalls if it isn't idling at 1100-1200 rpm, and frequently drops to 600-700 rpm. So the cause may be the intake? My regular Perrin short ram maxxed out at around 305 whp, and we picked up a bunch of power by switching to the bigMAF, apparently at the expense of driveability.
