What's the problem with the car?
Did you buy it from a Subaru dealer?
What are you trying to achieve?
What did the dealer say?
What did 800 Subaru3 say?
Is the warranty you bought a SOA Added Security warranty, or a third-party warranty?
Whom did you buy the warranty from?

most extended warranty will not cover suspension parts like shocks/struts. read your extended warranty info. If your extended warranty is not through subaru, there is nothing subaru will do for you.

I'm not following. Is it still under the original warranty or is it a situation where it is older than 3 years? Are they saying they won't pay for the repairs because they can't find anything wrong?

The gas thing you are talking about might be normal. If you leave the car on during a fill up, it takes a really long time for it to notice. I think it's designed to read slow so it doesn't go all over the place when driving the car hard.

If it's still under the 3yr/36k W, all of that stuff needs to be covered. FYI, start looking into lemon law and let them know you are. When they realize they may be buying you a new car they may decide to do it right the first time around (well, second or third, )

The Lemon Law does not apply in most states to a used car Plus it has to be in the shop so many times for a warranty repair of the same problem.

Something is BS here. Either you are leaving out details or something is up. There is NO REASON why SOA is involved. The car is not modded nor presents a problem of where it was abused so why is the dealer not covering it? That is where I would look first! They shouldn't even have to contact SOA unless there is an issue.

One thing is have you gotten a carfax on the vehicle?
