Default Advice on problems after an Accident....

Back Story:

Road was closed, police were turning everybody around at an island in the middle of the road (blind hairpin turn). Cops were hurrying us all through, turn around the island and bam, there's a burgundy xA stopped in the middle of the road. I hit the brakes and swerved right to get out of the way but still clipped her rear bumper. I hit her right rear with my left front.

My Problems Now:
-scratched bumper
-dented fender
-lip of wheel damaged, possible tire damage as well (it was leaking to I had to put on the spare
-while going straight the steering wheel sits about 10deg to the right of normal
-pulls to the left under braking
-seems to track fine while going in a straight line and doesn't pull until the brakes are applied

At first glance, with the spare on, the suspension looks Ok and the wheels don't look out of place. But my pulling issues are far from extreme so I wasn't expected to necessarily have much visible damage (at least w/o getting it in the air and removing the wheels).

I am going to get it looked at by an alignment shop once I have the time, but I'd also like to start getting some opinions from all of you. Maybe common things that fail and would cause my problems? Later tonight I'm going to put the car up on jackstands and check it out, although I doubt I'll be able to see much as I'm still relatively new to subaru suspension.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Hopefully this isn't going to be a huge hassle cause I have to pay out of pocket. Thanks!

kay well...

you probably need

alignment
new tie rod end

other possibilities:
bent strut
bent control arm

you just wont know until you look at it/get it aligned.

good luck

He's on a doughnut, but I'm pretty sure he transferred it to the rear last night just to limit the variables.

its still gonna pull a tinny bit with it on the rear. probably didnt do any damage unless it was like a 25+ mph hit

we've got a winner!

Well, I was secretly hoping this was the issue... but didn't want to get my hopes up. It seems that the entire problem was due to the spare tire. I swapped it to the rear, checked all the tire pressures and took the car for a drive. So far as I can tell everything is OK, well at least mechanically. The steering wheel is now straight again and it does not pull at all. So very good news!

Now all I gotta do is get GFImpreza (my bro) to bring my WRX wheels out here so I can get that damn spare off the tire entirely. Then eventually fork over the $$ to get the cosmetic stuff fixed (sucks cause I just had $1600 worth of work done to the front end after someone backed into it).

Thanks for everyone's help!
