Couple of the better (relative) slips:
RT .251 60' 2.186 1/8 ET 9.147 1/8 MPH 80.826 RT .860 60' 2.311 1/8 ET 9.407 1/8 MPH 82.059 RT .425 60' 2.352 1/8 ET 9.495 1/8 MPH 82.109 So, basically, I suck at launching the car, but at least from what I've read, the trap speed is consistent with the mods (according to hotrod's conversions, it would trap around 104 or so in the 1/4). In the 1/4, I know a tenth off of the 60' is .2 in the ET, I'm guessing it's not quite as much in the 1/8 but I figure I could have easily run 8.5's if I can get it off the line cleanly. Mainly it was bogging it that was holding me up. Fortunately, this track is pretty empty each week so I can get lots of practice in, which apparently is what I need. Engine mods: MRT TBE, high flow cat (probably holding me back most of all, all ceramic and clogged over the years) JDM catless UP VF34 Pinks Walbro 255 APS fuel rails Ebay TMIC Prodrive IC hoses APS splitter STI scoop APS inlet DIY intercooler spray DIY PNP manifolds Accessport Protuned by Boxer4racing (road-tune only) I have an 18g 8cm to put on but I figure I'll try to get my launch down before I add more power. Also, the car has not been tuned since the fuel rails, which I understand can add about 1 point to the fuel maps.

For comparison's sake, here is a recent 1/8th run from my vf39 car, most other mods very similar...
60 - 1.94 1/8th ET - 8.487 1/8th MPH - 82.268 Now my car has fairly weak top end, and finished that run with a 13.2@102 |

you need to be more aggressive on the launch. At almost sealevel, I am able to pull:
1/8 --8.7 @ 84mph 60-- 1.75 with stock TD04. I'm sure your car should be closer to the VF39 numbers posted above. -Added, do you have wheels? When ever I run my car at the strip, I use my stock wheels wrapped with low pros. This really allows me to launch with out bogging down the car. The lower rotational mass makes a difference as well. |

With my VF30 I am going 8.1 at 86 with a 1.80 60 foot. With 1.9 60 foots I am between 8.2 and 8.3 very consistently, never slower than 83.
2.0l VF30 UTEC not running any launch control |

When my car was stock, I ran 8.3 @ 82 with a 1.80 60 ft.
