Default 2002 WRX hydra

i just picked up a 2002 Wrx and it is equipped with a hydra ecu. the car has "tasteful" mods and the hydra itself is untuned. the car is running really rich. ive been doing research on how to tune it myself but i was wondering if someone can help me come up with a decent base map. it doesnt have to be one to make a bunch of power, but just one that could be capable of better daily driving.

on a side note, i know the basics about tuning,logging,etc... i used ecuflash on my evo IX but hydra seems a little more complex.

haha good call, there is a 3 part tuning guide there

also you can get intouch with Phil and give him your serial # on the Hydra and if it is an Element Tuning Hydra EMS then you can Email the list of your mods and he will provide you a base map for you DD, if not your other option is a $250 Tech support Fee and he will provide the services above, well worth the money!!
