Question Canadian Factory RS Options

Hey hombres!

I just bought my RS last Thursday (like it) but I have a question. Why is it that the intermittent wiper delay control is mysteriously absent from the RS? Does NOBODY have a delay control for the intermittent wipers? It looks like the stalk will support it, and if so does anyone know how to do the fix? C'mon Vancouverite rain-heads, help me out here!

And another thing. Does anyone still have the trunklight mod information? The link from the 'mods' section is dead.

Simonius!

Greeting and Salutations! Congrats on the new car.

As far as the wiper control is concerned, it may be a fairly simple install from your dealer because the stalk control in the Impreza is exactly as it is in the Legacy's (except that you get variable intermintent with the LEgacy's). You may want to ask the question of your dealer.

As it relates to the mods section, my understanding is that the Imprezidents are going to be switching to the new server and site design shortly. I'm sure if you can wait patiently for a week or two it will be back up again.

Cheers,
MB

Thanks, lads.

So, has anyone actually had the intermittent delay done? How much? It's just annoying to buy a new car *without* the capability and my bud's POS 1985 Audi has it. Grrr.

Thanks also for the part numbers -- but does anyone have the wiring instructions?

Guess I'll have to be patient while the mods section is updated! =)

There is no need for wiring.
All you do is plug and play
