Seems like a pretty conservative tune by Richard.

I am very confident in Richard to tune my car very well....he knows exactly what he is doing and he also knows my goals and what I have in mind! I would like to really compare (and when I say compare i mean race because we all know the MANY different factors and issues with dyno number!) my setup vs. somone who has an FP GREEN setup without any type of injection (meth/water) because seems like to me that those guys are getting INSANE dyno numbers! PROPS to those guys!

I'd save your money on the exedy twin and buy an act heavy duty or 6 puck unsprung. fraction of the price for a better clutch imo. Also, I'd use the stock flywheel.

that graph looks excellent to me.. id be very happy with those results even knowing i left some hp on the table if that is the case. makes great power even near redline i think. also on 91 octane too not bad man

Looks like a good, safe tune to me. I'd be wanting more, but that's a personal choice.

you should be able to make a lot more power. That turbo is close to a 30. should be able to make almost 400 hp

My 04 STI made 398 WHP and 425 WTQ, thin lines are with UTEC and thick lines are with Cobb AP. Both tunes are 22 PSI on 93 octane.

Mod list:
stock block and heads, stock transmission.
APS SR55
APS 65mm CAI
APS DR725 FMIC
APS 3.5" exhaust, really loud!
XX Tuning Header w/ Up-pipe
XX Tuning Fuel Rail Kit
PE 850cc Injectors
Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
Cobb AP tuned by Tony @ XX Tuning
Blitz SBDi-d III
One Step Colder Plugs
STI Hardened Motor Mounts
STI Hardened Transmission Mount
Exedy Stage 2 Cerametalic Clutch
Driveshaft Shop Rear Axles
Perrrin Oil Catch Can

We did a Powermist map but scrapped it because at 26 PSI I only made 418WHP and 453WTQ. The extra PSI didn't yeild the big payoff so I am waiting to do pistons and then retune with C16. The car made more midrange on the powermist fuel but lost top end power to the 93 octane map. Heatsoak could have had something to do with it but Tony said that the powermist just doesn't produce the numbers like C16 will.

I Really dont want to step on anyone toes but....is that flywheel power that that dyno reads??? or is that actual true WHEEL horsepower and torque???? The main thing that attracted me to this turbo is its reliablity! No creep...no nothing!!! with a lot left on the table as stated above!!! Yes it does seem to me that the dyno numbers are low but (and yes i would like to know for sure) can we really start comparing (dyno numbers) KNOWING all the different variables and factors??? Im not trying to sound like a butt I just really like to know and really put this to the test...you know what I mean? Are dyno numbers a DIRECT correlations to the performance outside the dyno?

2.5" turboback? is that a misprint?

their correction factor is a bit.... optimistic. But a cool piece of paper for that burger stand appeal

edit: you should make a ton more power on good gas. taking a look at the sr56 compressor map shows that it has limitless potential, but only with more boost.

Yes it is a misprint yeah I got the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust which is the 3.5" if im not mistaken (lol look at me i dont even know my own exhaust size!!! lol) Yes sir you are right benw.....and agian....Richard knew it is my daily driver and also I asked him if there were going to be any problems the fact that I live @ 7,000ft elevation he said no but there were going to be some difference in the way that he was going to tune the car. conservative so I dont BLOW ANYTHING UP!!! FTW

Congratz on the power! looks like it is right on par w/ the sr55's I have seen, maybe even a little more. The HKS hi power is a 3". I've got the hks to. Looks like you have a great curve and power for 91 oct.
