Default Does anyone want a 93 Legacy Turbo?

I have this 93 legacy turbo sitting in my driveway. Body and Interior are in good shape. The sunroof just started to leak so I taped it shut for now.

All the power goodies work nd I had the entire AC system replaced prior to moving to TX at a subie dealer in florida by a friend who unfortunatly, never charged the system

Now, the car has a Non-turbo EJ22 installed and needs a new exhaust. It currently is running straight off the manifold. I pulled the turbo motor in FL cause I needed to make the car road worthy and all I had was this motor at the time. It starts up perfect, runs great and shifts fine. Its very hard to find one in this condition. The current motor even has a new timing belt, water and oil pump and all new front engine seals.

I planned to use it as a daily driver but never got around to finishing it. Before the lack of use starts to destroy the car I prefer to get it to a good home I prefer to sell it.

1500 takes the car OBO. If I find the time and she doesn't sell Ill get the exhaust done and ebay it.

If I get the full 1500 Ill include a STI bare block and a set of ej22t heads that need to be rebuilt.

Its a clean car and a rare one. I got it cause someone wrecked the front and screwed the engine. I fixed the nose with all factory parts and dropped in the motor I had. My loss your gain.

If there is interest Ill take pics.

Not really "mine" as I am watching for a friend/owner (coolcougar).

Nice Legacy...good shape for the age. How many miles?

Wow, that thing looks to be in really good condition. What all does it need exhaust-wise? Just from the manifold, back?

I love the "Sti Seats" in the brat LOL...

Its all good. I cant really trade cause I need the driveway space. 4 car driveway with 7 cars...its crowded.

The Legacy is in excellent shape. 99k miles on the body and drivetrain. The engine I dropped in has only 42k on it. I planned to use it for my sisters non-turbo car, but when I got this car I needed an extra car to drive so I assembled it using that motor. Needless to say, My sisters 93 Legacy L has 163k on it and runs like a top.

Basically, It still has the turbo manifold so noone "makes" a bolt on exhaust. You could :
A. get a NA legacy exhaust and bolt it on.
B. do what I did on my sisters L mode and get some RS borla's and have a custom midpipe made
C. Have a custome exhaust made by meineke using the current turbo header.

The sky is the limit. This car is the cleanest turbo legacy you will find. My only regret is not being able to source the turbo model nose pieces when I repaired it.

Block is now sold.

Heads are available for 200. I have the cams for both but one head is missing the springs and retainers. I had started port work and made it thru one port on the intake side. They will need to be finished and rebuilt (needed to be rebuilt anyway)
