Default Spark plugs?

So I just rolled over 36k on my '04 STi and am thinkin about changing out my spark plugs. Anyone have any suggestions as to which brand, material, and where to buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i bought my one step colder NGK's from OAKOS automotive. they were really fast with shipping, and total was only 40$. thats what id recommend, but its really up to you whether you want to go with regular or one step colder plugs

Yeah, I was thinkin about one step colder but I'm trying to buy in town if at all possible.

if you can find them in town you're going to pay more. I got mine from oakos as well, shipping was free and they were here in 2 days.

You can get one step colder plugs here in town but I can't remember who it was. FATS or something, maybe NAPA had them.

FATS, I just bought mine a few days ago. Its on international. Make sure to go to the warehouse and not the shop tho... They are across the street from one another... I felt stupid...

Thinkin about puttin some NGK's in the miata...for gas mileage ^_^

yeah you can get them from FATS, the 1-step colder iridiums also Ive got one set left at conti for the 2.5l turbo's.
