1. The factory suspension bolts into holes in the unibody of the car. If you use different holes than what the factory uses, consider it relocated. Also, if you use a suspension component which alters the geometry of the suspension (i.e. a longer toe link, longer lower control arms for more camber, etc.) you probably put yourself in the same category. Adjustable top hats (another way to gain camber) would qualify as a relocation.
This ad for an anti-lift kit specifically states it relocates a mounting point: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GT-Sp...QQcmdZViewItem 2. Looks like the Perrin subframe braces bolt into a ton of different places! That would definitely qualify as a brace "other than a strut tower brace". The fender brace is also considered "other than a strut tower brace", because it doesn't connect to the strut towers at all. |

As an aside to #2 above, there's a way around the frame bracing rules: get a rollcage. As long as it doesn't have more than six mounting points to the body of the car, it's considered a piece of safety equipment, rather than a stiffness mod.
